Our amazing NHS staff and volunteers are working tirelessly to care for COVID-19 patients. We want them to know the country has also got their back! Let's show our gratitude and respect for the frontline NHS staff, and together beat this virus.
JOIN OUR FOURTH EXTRA SPECIAL 45 MINUTE HIIT WORKOUT ON SATURDAY 25TH APRIL at 11 AM, supporting the NHS CHARITIES TOGETHER COVID-19 Campaign.
1) Once you've booked a class, a unique ZOOM Log-In code & Password will be included in your booking confirmation email using the email provided. Make sure you've downloaded the ZOOM app if you're using a phone or tablet.
2) Click the 'join' link in your confirmation email/log-in to Zoom at the time of your workout.
3) Join our Live & Interactive Workout community
NHS CHARITES TOGETHER has 140 NHS charities dedicated to supporting patient care at their hospitals, ambulance trusts, mental and community health bodies. Donating to this NHS Charities National campaign acknowledges and supports NHS Staff and volunteers caring for COVID-19 patients.
Donations will:
1) Fund well-being packs/gifts for staff and volunteers on wards/departments (this could include food deliveries, high energy/protein bars/drinks, snacks, refreshments, wash kits, overnight stay kits.)
2) Cost of travel, parking, accommodation for NHS staff and volunteers
3) Other items as requested by NHS Charities that enhance the well-being of NHS staff and volunteers caring for COVID-19 patients.
