Why choose FOY Fitness Classes?
I've been a REPs registered Personal Trainer for over 10 years and have run fitness classes for 7 years. The class is great fun and exercises can be adapted to suit everyone.
I pride myself on teaching good technique. Good technique is fundamental to a safe exercise class and means you'll be working the correct muscles to avoid injuries.

How much are the classes?
The first class is free!
£10 per class for the term (10 weeks)
£12 per class pay as you go
To book your space, please contact me in advance of your first class to check availability.
You will need to complete a Medical Questionnaire on arrival so please arrive 15 minutes early on your first class.
