Mum’s to Be
“I started training with Matt at the beginning of my third pregnancy back in February 2011. Right from the outset, Matt impressed me with his knowledge of what exercises I should and shouldn’t be doing whilst pregnant and I immediately felt I was in safe hands. With Matt’s help, I have managed to maintain a really good level of fitness throughout my pregnancy and I feel, fit, healthy, toned and energised. Each session is different and you never know what you are going to get, but one thing is for sure, there is never a dull moment and the sessions fly by. As with my previous two pregnancies, I am planning to train until I am full term and I am already looking forward to (or should that be dreading?) the tough workouts Matt is promising to put me through to get me back to my pre-baby fitness levels!”. *Sophie subsequently had a healthy baby boy.
“I didn’t exercise before I was pregnant but once I found out I wanted to make sure I stayed healthy for me and the baby. After reading all the benefits exercise can bring during and after pregnancy I found Matt on the FOY website and had started our training sessions within a few days. As I hadn’t previously exercised he explained that we would take everything nice and gently and would go at a pace I was comfortable with. I enjoyed the sessions so much I continue to use Matt to this day.”
