I offer a free Personal training consultation, allowing us to meet and decide if we will work together well and let you decide if I’m the right trainer for you.
The Personal training consultation will be an informal chat about your current lifestyle and what you want to achieve with your new personal training plan. This could be anything from improving flexibility, wanting to fit into your favourite jeans again, or training for your first half marathon.
You will also be given a food diary, which you will complete for 1 week. This will give me an understanding of your eating habits and lifestyle, which is key in helping them make your plan work for you.
