It’s vital that you feel comfortable with your personal trainer and in our first consultation we will discuss your particular fitness aims and goals and discuss how best to achieve them.
After the Health Assessment I’ll create a tailor made program designed to achieve these goals incorporating your lifestyle, health and fitness ability. The programmes will be great fun and include various types of cardiovascular exercise, toning exercises and stretches.
As the name suggests, our personal training sessions are focused solely on you and I’ll be with you every step of the way to achieve your goals.
