Buddy Training sessions are the same as a 1-1 personal training session, but with a friend. You can train in pairs or small groups, enabling you to lower the cost of sessions whilst having more fun!

After your initial consultation we will carry out a health assessment to assess your fitness levels and will then plan your sessions and programs to suit both your fitness levels and your goals.
